- Choose plump, fragrant kiwis that feel soft but remain firm when slightly squeezed.
- The size of a kiwi does not affect the flavour and taste.
Storage tips
- Kiwifruit are ready to eat once they yield to gentle pressure.
- To hasten ripening, place in a paper bag with an apple or banana or store in the refrigerator for two-three weeks.
